Facility-free board and training lets your dog immerse in a tailored program right inside of a dog trainer’s home.

Your dog is unique, and their training should be too. Work 1-on-1 with a professional to meet your individual goals

For dogs who might succeed better in their own home, the at-home immersion program helps supply the board and train experience without requiring boarding.

  • For those who might have a dog that struggles with fear, over-excitement, barking at dogs or people on walks, and more, our trainers are all highly-trained in reactivity of all kinds in all breeds.

  • From house-breaking to biting to obedience, get your puppy started off on the right paw with early, age-appropriate training.

All our trainers are well-versed on a variety of methods, as well as a wide variety of breeds, ages, and mixes of dogs, and will walk you through figuring out what is best for you, your dog, and your goals.

Further, Foundation Canine prides itself on being a “whole life” training company, intended to give support to all our clients in all aspects of their life. What clients are saying:

  • Before his board and train, my 100lb shelter dog Enzo would literally drag me down the street barking and lunging at other dogs. Since he has been home, he has come to a picnic in the park with me, has laid calmly outside at a cafe, and can pass dogs on walks without a problem.

  • i highly recommend! she is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to help both you and your dog understand. i was struggling a lot with my dog before i found her and now 7 months later he is an almost fully trained service dog.

  • Best dog trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and patient, and has been the best support system since the day I adopted my very energetic pit bull Kuba. She explains her training techniques in a way that is easy to understand and follow, and gives me confidence.

  • When we reached out, we were desperate and in dire need of expertise on how to control Zarah, our Aussiedoodle's constant barking at strangers or dogs that came near us. Thanks to the private lessons, we have the knowledge and confidence to take her out into public spaces!
